Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Humboldt Park

Amazing food, the service in the end was very good but I feel like they rushed us in the beginning in selecting our food. And At the price point of the restaurant they should have offered us a sommelier from the beginning when they saw we had an interest in wine. I asked for the sommelier but he never came and then I had ti ask again so there was a delay in getting our wine paired with the appetizers. I feel like the staff is very young and need more communication and coordination for the type of restaurant. But I was So happy with the food it made up for everything.

Best of all worlds - attentive service, not overbearing. Delicious martinis, mouth watering steak and sides. Loved the mushroom Wellington. Clean and relaxing environment but still higher end. Manager came by proactively because it would take a bit longer than expected for the steak to come out. Touching our table before we realized steaks were taking some time was just a sign of how good they are. Can’t wait to come back !

Our family has had many memorable meals at RL over the years and last night was no exception. The service was friendly and prompt and the food was excellent. The shrimp cocktail is my favorite in the city and the new flourless cake is a must have!

We love the elegance of the HOLIDAY TEA event. It is fun to pretend to be rich for an hour! Our server was so cordial and so accommodating. The scones/rolls were SO GOOD! We love all of the sandwiches except smoked salmon. We are not fish-lovers. The desserts are not only delicious but also so pretty! It was our delightful Christmas celebration for four church musicians who are usually entertaining others during the holiday season. We always come for the harpist ❤️

Great location and environment. Less stuffy than some Chicago steakhouses. Nothing really all that different on the menu, but everything was done really well. Might be the best steak I’ve ever had. Beet salad: Amazing. Bacon: Incredible. Sides: All exceptional. Didn’t leave room for dessert, maybe subconsciously to give us a reason to return.
