I am amazing at the number of people Hell's Kitchen can serve and the quality of the food does not suffer. The wine list is way overpriced ... but that's Vegas. We enjoyed the prefix meal with the scallops and beef wellington followed by a very yummy desert. Best value in the. house.

Amazing dining experience! We went to Crossroads to celebrate my birthday and 1 year from going vegan. We chose the 7 courses taste menu and each plate was more delightful than the other. We were offered complimentary champagne at the beginning and our server was very nice and professional. The truffle gnocchi were definitely our favorite!

We recently dined at Strat Hotel Casino & Tower, top of the world and it was nothing short of exceptional! The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection, with every dish bursting with flavor and presented beautifully. The service was equally impressive – attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The icing on the cake was the spectacular view. I thought The Boiler was a very nice restaurant. The staff were all so pleasant and attentive. From the hosts to the cleaning staff.. Everyone was awesome. The food is amazing here. We ordered a ribeye and baked sweet potato and lobster thermidor and loaded baked potato. Delicious! The rib eye melted in my mouth. For appetizers we got six oysters and some of the best calamari I have ever had. Since we were celebrating my birthday they brought a complimentary molten lava cake and vanilla bean ice cream out to me. It was delicious as well. I will definitely be dining there the next time I'm in Vegas.
