Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Carson

We went here to celebrate my wife’s birthday it was was fabulous. When we arrived, we valet the car since, parking is hard to find, and it was easy and efficient. We were seated promptly and our waiter, Robert, was just wonderful. He explained the menu and gave use a rough timeline to order since the steaks might take a while. The appetizers (Grill Artichoke and Calamari) can put fast and was delicious. They steak came out right after and it was amazing. We went with a 36 oz 45 days age porterhouse. As we eat, there was also a live pianist. Overall, excellent experience all around and I would diffidently come back again.

Absolutely loved our lunch at Restaurant 917! Our waiter, Ivan, and the staff in general, were wonderful: super helpful and nice. The food quality was unmatched complimented with beautiful presentation. Will definitely go back again!

Interesting new place, still trying to get some kinks out of operations. This is a Japanese steak house specializing in Japanese beef and cooking styles, it is not an American steak house. Food is good, but since it’s all imported from Japan very expensive.

Every course had intention and attention to detail and was absolutely fresh and delicious. The service was excellent and Jenny went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional.

Diverse menu choices, easy parking, great view, attentive and accomodating service. The break rolls, short rib and salmon were sensational!
