Loved the moody vibe - its esthetic is giving Frank Sinatra. Loved the Smokey and masculine energy from the room. Definitely looks like a place for a BNO, business meetings, or just to grab some drinks (like the husband and I did) We loved it A+

I recently took my daughter to Bergdorf Goodman for their Afternoon Tea as a special birthday treat, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the chic and elegant ambiance. The atmosphere is sophisticated but warm, making it the perfect spot for a memorable celebration. The staff was incredibly attentive, treating us like we were the only people in the room. Their service was impeccable, with every detail carefully considered to make us feel comfortable and special. While the space is smaller than what the pictures might suggest, it didn’t take away from the experience at all. In fact, the cozy and intimate setting made it feel even more exclusive. The energy in the room was vibrant, and the vibe was one of grandeur, making it feel like we were in a high-end, luxurious setting without being stuffy. The team really knows how to balance elegance with a welcoming atmosphere. The food was another highlight of our visit.
