- IIreneNew York City •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOur Thanksgiving experience was just what we needed! A year to take a break from Turkey prep, the waitress, the sommelier and wait staff were spectacular, the food was almost as good as my home cooked meal but it really was a treat all the way around! No prep, no clean up, even took home a doggy bag to have snacks laterMore infoFrank's Steaks - Rockville CentrePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Rockville Centre•4.8
- MMerylNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoCelebrated Thanksgiving at this first-class fine-dining restaurant and it did not disappoint. From the minute we walked in, we were made to feel welcome. The food and wait staff were impeccable, even on a holiday during which there were three seatings scheduled. The pumpkin bisque, which started the meal, had a show-stopping presentation - it was in a small white pumpkin surrounded by autumn leaves. The rest of the meal from first course through dessert were perfection. A unique feature of the decor are enormous crystals of red salt, encased in glass and which were backlit for dramatic effect, a nod to the chef’s use of the ingredient in curing his dry-aged steaks that are displayed along the front wall of the restaurant. Will definitely dine here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a special meal.More infoRed Salt Room by David BurkePrice: Very Expensive• American• Garden City•4.7

On the night I was there, Wednesday 11/27/24 the music at the bar was great but to loud for dining and talking comfortably. BUT !!! I will definitely be back 3rd time last night and really enjoy the restautrantMore infoAURAPrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• Island Park•4.7
- JJeannievipNew York City •25 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 22, 2024the guac and fried plantain appetizer was extremely tiny. there were 4 small-ish fried plantains and the guac was in this tiny metal container, like the one you get ketchup in. there was barely any. i dont think that was even a whole avocado. taste was ok. the fish dish that i got was very good. this is what i order every time i go there. my friend liked her goat dish. red velvet dessert was very good and affordable. i was not happy that they run out of the sparklers for the birthday dessert. i wrote on open table that we were celebrating my friend's bday so you would think they would reserve a sparkler for you. two other tables got the sparklers before us. and they didn't play the birthday music like they did for the 2 other tables. what were we, chopped liver? the music was nice and lively but it was way too loud. you had to scream across the table to hear each other.More infoDunns River LoungePrice: Moderate• Jamaican• Rockville Centre•4.6
