- RrandyvipPortland / Oregon •30 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoProbably the best food and cocktails in Portland. That is saying a lot. Gorgeous ambiance and very good service. Highly recommend the lychee martini and scallops. Creative, high level flavors and presentations. Only dings are the menu on QR codes or flimsy unreadable paper. So, phone lights going on all over the tables. Also, the corkage fees exceed NYC, ($120 for 2 bottles) so we passed on our favorite bottles saved for birthday celebration from home cellar.More infoJankenPrice: Very Expensive• Creative Japanese• Pearl District•4.8

Duck confit was a very unusual presentation and utterly delicious. Clams and mussels Devine. Prices were very reasonable. Waitstaff was fun and engaged. Definitely going back!More infoL'OrangePrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• Southeast Portland•4.9
- GGreggvipSeattle / Eastern Washington •14 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 9, 2024Al-Amir Lebanese food was outstanding, great value, and have a very friendly team of servers. We ordered "family style" and the owners (Mo and Lydia) took wonderful care of us. We really enjoyed the Baba Ghanoush, Lamb Shank off the bone, marinated Chicken, and the Hummus was smooth and tasty. Two couples spent the weekend in Portland visiting from Seattle and Al-Amir created a memorable dining experience for us. Highly recommended and probably the best value in downtown Portland.More infoAl-Amir Lebanese Restaurant Portland OregonPrice: Moderate• Lebanese• Southwest Portland•4.7
