Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Sooke

This was my first time at The Lunch Lady. We made a reservation just over 2 weeks in advance and the only option on a Sunday evening was outdoor patio (so make sure to reserve well in advance for weekends!). The outdoor patio, they mention, is heated, and it truly was warm, covered and comfortable. We had the beef carpaccio which was good, garlic noodles, and this I would recommend, but my favorite dish was the steak luc lac (done medium rare with this burnt scallion butter that was divine). My friend had the beef noodle soup, and although the broth was great and the soup was a sizeable portion, you can get something similar in other Vietnamese restaurants. Finally, their customer service is fantastic. All in all, with the service, food and price, I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Anika was the best server I have ever had. I’d rather never go to another restaurant again than be served by anyone else. She is a queen, a mentor, a vision. I couldn’t have dreamed up service like this if heaven brought down servers and gave them to me at a nice restaurant. The timing was impeccable and Anika deserves a raise of at least 69% PER YEAR. This feels like it’s almost too much, but it’s not. If i met Anika in a dream, I’d wish it was real life.

5-Star Delight at ELEM! We had an amazing dining experience at ELEM! The food was absolutely exquisite, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We highly recommend ELEM for a special occasion or a delicious evening out with friends or family. Here are some of the highlights: * The food is incredible! We chose multiple dishes from the menu, and each was a masterpiece. * The service is top-notch. Our server Georgio was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. * The atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated. It's the perfect place for a special occasion. Overall, we were very impressed with ELEM. It's a truly exceptional restaurant that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Elegant but casual, Selene impressed and delighted. Amazing service and food, and the most elevated Greek salad I’ve ever had. I would also drink the mussel broth on its own, it’s that good. Selene deserves all the success, thank you for a lovely evening!

Excellent service, great food and it was quiet in the restaurant so we could hear each others conversations. Highly recommended and we will definitely return!
