Always outstanding. It’s great for vegetarians and meat lovers. The jeweled rice is not to be missed, an absolute delight. The way each dish was layered in flavor is just masterful and truly difficult to replicate. On the pricier side, it is a treat and perfect for special occassions.

We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Daphne in Toronto for a holiday dinner, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a festive evening. The food was nothing short of spectacular. We enjoyed the Tuna Carpaccio, Beef Tartare, Branzino, Mussels, and Salmon, and every dish was executed to perfection. The flavors were fresh and beautifully balanced, leaving us savoring every bite. The highlight of our evening, however, was the impeccable service. Our waiter, Tarin, went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional dining experience. His attentiveness, friendliness, and genuine care made us feel truly special. It was hands down the best service we’ve ever received. We had an outstanding experience at Alder. My family had been trying to make the trip for some time and the anticipation only made our meal that much sweeter. Tiffany was very attentive and so lovely! She had great recommendations and personalized the experience in a really memorable way for all of us. Incredible experience. Amazing food and you must try the pairing

Most of our dishes were quite good, except the lentil appetizer which was served cold and tasted like stale bread. Service was friendly but they literally kicked us out of the restaurant at 10pm sharp (turned off the music, brightened the lights and said " we are closed". I mean, I appreciate the staff wants to go home. But it was a bit sudden and dramatic!
