- BBrettEast Tennessee •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoConners is always great. However, the very expensive prime ribeye cap ($80) was just okay but not great like I expected. Just be aware if youre considering that cut. Get the bisque it's the best I've ever had.More infoConnors Steak & Seafood - KnoxvillePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Knoxville•4.9

- RRobbieVIPEast Tennessee •23 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe always love eating at Chesapeaks! Went for a birthday celebration with friends. Everything was great except for the main course. It was dry and tough and I'm talking about fish! We reported it to the server. Here comes the manager who remade our meal, then comped it and 2 desserts. The replacement meal was much better and we appreciate Chesapeaks for salvaging our meal and celebration! Thank youMore infoChesapeake's West KnoxvillePrice: Expensive• Seafood• Knoxville•4.7
- KKatherineNew York City •29 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024We had a 7:30 reservation on Christmas Eve. We arrived and were checked in at 7:25. The place was packed. The foyer was at capacity, at least 17-20 people were outside waiting for their table. The hostess told us our table would be ready in a couple of minutes and they would text when our table was ready. We went to the bar and were lucky enough to get seats. The bartenders were SLAMMED! However, they took our drink pretty quick and had great attitudes. At 8:00 we decided just to eat at the bar, the best service is always at the bar. We ordered the Dynamite Shrimp and the Chicken Lettuce Wraps which we've had before and were very good. Our orders came out hot and timely. We were talking to a couple sitting next to us and they had made a reservation through Open Table and had been waiting over 20 minutes and had not been seated at a table. At 8:42 still having Still no text, seems like PF Changs doesn't honor Open Table reservations (btw, this is second time at Changs this happened to us), I went to the hostess station and the manager was there and told him we had been waiting over an hour for our table, this was not the first time we've had this happen to us and we were eating at the bar. All he said was, "Great". No apology for the the screw up, I really expected a bunch of excuses but he couldn't care less. Our entree's arrived timely and piping hot, I have the General Chang's Chicken, which is my favorite and my husband had Lo Mien. We enjoyed our meals thoroughly and the two ladies behind the bar made what could have been a very stressful situation so pleasant. Bottom line, the bar has their act together. Front of house is a hot mess express. Once we got outside, one of the people working at the hostess station followed us out an apologized for what happened and the manager's attitude. and further stated he messes them up every time they are busy by blowing off reservations and seating. on a first come first serve basis.More infoP.F.
