We had a very nice dinner. The Valentine prifixe menu was varied. I got the lamb, and my wife the duck. Both meals were very delicious. We both got the Desmond bread pudding for dessert, which we love. We have gone here numerous times and have never been disappointed.

We spent our Valentines Day dinner at Brickside. Kate, our server took very good care to ensure our meal was served perfectly, despite the full house. The food was a bit disappointing. We ordered the shrimp stuffed with crab. It was OK but not the usual great meal we typically have from Brickside . I would guess the kitchen was overwhelmed with the full house. The garlic mashed potatoes were oddly flavored with lemon, which discouraged us from finishing them The green beans and broccoli were outstanding. My wife and I still thoroughly enjoyed our Valentines date at The Brickside..

I had the brewben sandwich which would have been good had it not been cold when delivered. I have noticed that since the menu changed the food is not as good. The only constant is the pretzel app, which is still very good. In addition, the service has really been lacking over the last few months. The staff we have encountered lately don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. Used to be a favorite spot to go.
