Miku is truly one of our favorite restaurants in Vancouver! The food is consistently outstanding, offering a perfect blend of flavors and presentation. Their signature Aburi sushi is a must-try and never disappoints. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with stunning waterfront views that add to the dining experience. The tasting menu was a wise and no doubt popular choice. You get to choose your favourite dish in each category on the menu, and can then order new or repeat choices on the next round. All for a reasonable fixed price. The variety and sumptuous flavours were a delight, made all the more enjoyable by the live piano and guitar music. And the volume level was perfect, enabling easy conversation with table companions. Good service, too! I'll be going back many times.

At an absolutely stellar experience at Fable. As a vegetarian, the squash steak was one of the best veg entrees I've had in a very long time. Deliciously flavoured and interesting (unlike the pasta marinara or risotto that many places seem to resort to as their obligatory veg option). You could tell thought had gone into it. And props to the bartender who took care of us when we were unsure about the options. Our server Olga was fabulous. We had such a good time with her; she put the "cherry on the top" of our wonderful evening. I was dining with my mother and she agreed that it was the best food she had in a long time and was already making plans to return. Thank you, Fable!

Great tea selection and it was great that I could try different kinds of teas in the same visit. I had three kinds! Tea is made at the kitchen counter in glass pot to perfect coulour, leaves are removed before brought to table. Therefore it doesn’t becomes too strong until the last drop of pot. All of us couldn’t finish food, so took home the left over to home. Was great atmosphere and great service!
