Less hot and sweet than Thai, richer and more complex than Vietnamese, the complex spice pastes that are the foundation of many Cambodian dishes reflect Cambodia’s Indian ancestry (but use fresh rather than dried spices). Favorite Boston restaurant so far! Loved our server, Carlos and took his recommendations. House salad dressing is amazing and eggplant and Marsala perfect. Finished it off with wine and dessert. We will be back!
