Chef Sebby Holmes launched Farang back in 2016 after trading at street food markets throughout London. A year later he took up temporary residency in Farang's current home in Highbury & Islington. After excellent reviews, he took on the space permanently after his step-father retired and since, has gone from strength to strength. Farang was recently inducted into the National Restaurant Awards top 100 and awarded a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, which we have kept four years running. I have never had a bad experience at blues kitchen. Everytime I come the team is extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great time! The food and drinks was amazing.

We had a fantastic meal, probably the best in quite a while. The quality of the food was very high and we'll visit again in the near future. The lamb and the trotter were lovely and the mushrooms and polenta were great to have something that wasn't meat. We really liked the sharing of the dishes and a thumbs up to the waiting staff too, who made it a really enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend.

In a year of enjoying some great meals, Silo has consistently delivered some of the very best. Every time we’ve visited, the experience has been flawless. Course after course of innovative, flavoursome, beautiful food. Tonight’s was the best yet. This places excites me. The evolution we’ve seen is amazing. New twists on existing dishes take each to an even higher level. And their value-driven, ‘no waste’ ethos is outstanding. Our favourite restaurant this year. So looking forward to many more meals in 2025.
