They had coat check, made arrangements for my nut allergy without me even asking, I had 3 points of contact congratulate us for our anniversary. We genuinely didn’t expect anything and they surprised us with a dessert. Then I believe was the manager is started with a Y- I’m so mad I forgot her name was so personable and took the time to get to know us and really make our experience memorable. My boyfriend and I walked out and said “Wow that was the best service we’ve experienced from any place”. Do not hesitate and reserve your spot asap, especially during the holiday season. Thank you guys for making our evening so amazing.More infoThe Palm Court at The Plaza HotelPrice: Very Expensive• American• Midtown East•4.4

But this is the real deal: lovely decor, excellent food (and sizable portions), and attentive staff. And post dinner some wonderful jazz in the bar area. Cannot think of a better way to spend an anniversary in our own city!More infoTavern on the GreenPrice: Expensive• American• Midtown West•4.7

The portions of each course of the meal are huge! Don’t order the same as your partner. Try different things and share! We love Aunt Jake’s. This was our 4th time to dine with them, first time making pasta!More infoAunt Jake's Pasta ExperiencePrice: Moderate• Contemporary Italian• Upper East Side•4.9
