Even when the restaurant is full the servers are always around to look after you. We’ve spent both of our birthdays with Gee’s this year and will be back many more times . Expect to pay a little more than some restaurants but it’s well worth it!More infoGeesPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Oxford•4.5
- DDavidWarwickshire •14 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoDelightful Christmas decorations at Quod as ever and lovely lively atmosphere but not at all too noisy, noisy as it sometimes can be. Delicious meal perfectly served; my beef carpaccio was sweet melt in your mouth lovely, my main of duck was rare as I like it, tender and tasty and the accompanying celeriac mash utterly delicious. A clementine sorbet to follow was perfect. Service was excellent (didn't catch the waiters name I'm afraid), so what more can you ask -it was quite expensive at £150 for two with wine and water as you might expect reflecting the quality!.More infoQuod Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• European• Oxford•4.6

The service is spot on- attentive but not at all intrusive eg when our water ran out it was quickly and quietly replaced before we’d even noticed. We were not hurried along and they didn’t rush to give us our bill. And the food is simply lovely; very attractively presented, very tasty and I just wish I could have eaten more.
