- OTOpenTable DinerOxford/Oxfordshire •1 review4.0Dined 6 days agoThe Swan is a lovely setting. The Sunday lunch was really, really tasty, though it could have been warmer. Service got slower as the meal went on and we felt a bit chilly at times. BUT we have booked again for a few weeks time and the staff member has made a note that we’d like a warmer table (our eldest guest is 86!)More infoThe Swan at SouthropPrice: Expensive• British• Lechlade•4.4
- JJasonLondon •25 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 13, 2024We had a great time enjoying afternoon tea at Minster Mill. The setting is very pleasant, with the old roof beams and good decoration. It is quite quiet and restful too. The afternoon tea menu has a bit more variety than the usual, so that makes it worth trying as well. The staff were also kind and frequently refilled our tea (with either hot water or even new leaves). All in all, definitely a place to try for afternoon tea.More infoMinster Mill Restaurant and BarPrice: Expensive• British• Witney•3.9
- TTonyDevon •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 10, 2024Great location particularly on an Autumn Sunday when the colours of the countryside looked wonderful. Well cooked roast lunch with good flavours. All served in a very friendly and professional way. Thoroughly recommend and will return when next in the area.More infoThe Fox at BarringtonPrice: Moderate• Pub• Burford•4.6
- AAnonBedfordshire •24 reviews5.0Dined on Jun 21, 2024The food was amazing; we all had different dishes (mains and desserts) and were very impressed with the taste, quality of ingredients and the presentation. We got complimentary bread and butter at the start, which was a nice touch. The venue has character and is a charming old building. Our server was brilliant, especially considering her very young age - she was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the menu. The village of Buckland is beautiful - we went for a walk after lunch. I would highly recommend making a visit here.More infoThe Lamb at BucklandPrice: Expensive• British• Buckland Marsh•4.5
