Wonderful experience, easy to get to location in Marais, and the menu is classic but with a modern twist. We had the onion soup to start, deep flavor on the broth, delicious. For the main, the beef bourguignon had a great smoky flavor from the charred rosemary (a nice twist) as was the 7 hours braised lamb which is served with a celery root puree and spinach (it really was a great way to serve it deconstructed) Save room for dessert, the seasonal Mont Blanc was delicious (the modern take again) The service was excellent, very hospitable team, Christine was very attentive and had great suggestions when we asked. We will be back, thank you for making it a memorable dining experience.

We had a wonderful time at Le George. The options for both a tasting and a La carte made it one of the most flexible Michelin star restaurants we ate at in Paris. The wine list is great with Coravin options for some exceptional bottles. The atmosphere was great, lively yet intimate. Would recommend for a casual but upscale Italian option.

The whole evening was perfect. From the food and wines which were delicious to the service and preparations beforehand Frédéric made our engagement a truly special evening and a night to remember. We will be back for our anniversary!

This is a delightful, simple, attractive yet relaxed food experience. I was most curious about the Green Star and was pleasantly surprised. The meal got better as the 8 courses proceeded. The last two deserts were unlike anything I had ever tasted. I would highly recommend the experience.
