- GGinaLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined todayThis dining experience at 71Above was excellent, the three course meal was incredible, from my first course the farm salad, to my second course the ribeye steak and lastly my third course the mango rice pudding. The food was amazing, the view of overlooking downtown LA from the 71st floor just added to the ambiance; as well as our amazing waiter making it an overall excellent experience. I highly recommend 71Above!!!!More info71AbovePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.7
- DDianeSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoMy boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here, and it was an unforgettable experience. We opted for the omakase with sake pairing, and it was absolutely amazing. The staff, especially Jess and Tasha, were incredibly professional yet warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Chef Chris, who truly made the evening feel extraordinary. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and tasted incredible, showcasing both skill and creativity. This is the perfect spot for a special occasion, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!More infoOmakase by OsenPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Silver Lake•4.7
- AAkiVIPLos Angeles •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoDropped in for Sunday Dinner and was not disappointed. My wife and I loved everything we ordered: Naan & Dips to start, chili-sichuan basted bass, beef short rib noodles and for dessert the chocolate-honey & passion brownie sundae. Great mix of wonderful ingredients presented beautifully.More infoGirl & the Goat L.A.Price: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.7
- LLisaLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWe enjoy going to the theater and are always looking for a good place to get a meal before or after. We tried San Laurel for the first time and were delighted. The service (thank you, Johnnie) couldn’t have been better. He asked before we ordered and what time the show was so he could be mindful of the timing of the courses. My husband and I aren’t meat eaters so we kept to the appetizer section and ordered several of the vegetarian options to share. The olive oil cracker with membrillo and cheese was heavenly, the eggplant, and wild mushrooms both had sauces that made us want to lick the bowls clean. The only downside was the restaurant seemed a bit noisy due to all the hard surfaces with nothing to help absorb sound. We ate relatively early and the dining room was half empty so I wonder how loud it would be at full capacity. I’m looking forward to going back again and hopefully for a matinee show so we can try brunch.More infoSan LaurelPrice: Very Expensive• Spanish• Downtown•4.8
- KKarenneLos Angeles •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024Oh my gosh, where do I start! First off, so super cute. The ambiance is sweet and feels like a little slice of magic. This was my first time here. We came to celebrate my birthday, there were 7 of us. We got seated right away in a comfortable area with enough space to enjoy ourselves. Abraham was wonderful in getting us started with our orders! We ordered the Pear and Brie pizza ( yummm) , the lamb hummus, the Chilaen sea bass, omg, so good, the petite filet, mac and cheese, and more. Michael was out server, he also took such great care of us. I could eat here every night and not tire of it. The food was delicious, the desert. The BEST Cake is out of this world and service impeccable. Well done Bacari!More infoBacari SilverlakePrice: Expensive• Italian• Silver Lake•4.7
