Great service, great food and great options. We went for the GF pizza and were amazed. Love it and next time we are in Vegas we will be back.

Great food. Great service. The 24 oz ribeye was perfectly cooked and was ample for two people. The waiter knew his business/ restaurant, was accommodating, friendly and very professional.

Dining at Nobu in Caesar’s Palace was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with a warm welcome and attentive care throughout the meal. Mina, our server, was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always ensuring that every detail was perfect. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Nobu at Caesar’s Palace delivers on every level, from food to service to ambiance. We really enjoyed our brunch here. The service was fast and friendly and everything we ate was so good! My husband loved the French toast and I enjoyed the birria Benedict. The home fries were the best I’ve had, nice and crisp on the outside. The portions were generous.

Great experience! We were seated overlooking Flamingo and the Strip where we caught some of the Bellagio water show during our meal. We ordered a red Sangria and Giada-Rita to start things off (and ordered another Sangria before we were done). We shared the Meatball/Orzo appetizer which was very tasty, and then two pasta dishes (a lemon/zucchini with shrimp, and a cannelloni with short ribs) - both were excellent! We enjoyed our time at Giada and will return in future.
