    The Trattoria di Caribou menu is outstanding! Between the four of us, we pretty much tried everything on the menu. It was agreed that everything was delicious- but the gnocchi was the best. Perfect portion sizes and the prices were great.

    The server Nick was incredibly wonderful and attentive, giving great suggestions for drinks and food. The cactus run he suggested was delightfully refreshing and not too sweet or sour. The Pollo Con Mole is by far the best mole I have had in town; incredibly flavourful, crispy, juicy chicken with a sauce that hits the right spice level. This is easily one of my go to restaurants in town for some really good food and drink with a fun atmosphere to complete the dining experience. The new sous chef had made a most wonderful dessert special that day and it exceeded my expectations and left me wanting more. TL DR: A wonderful dining experience with a great atmosphere, staff and food and beverage. Recommend all to try
