- KKathryn AnneVancouver / British Columbia •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoA joyous experience. The other diners seemed to cherish this place, looked like they’d come before. The many people who took part in serving us were all great hosts: the food was clearly described as it arrived and questions were answered with an interested attitude. It was clear, the servers lived this restaurant and their jobs. We have brought friends here befire and will do again. It is a gem.More infoZarak by Afghan KitchenPrice: Moderate• Afghan• Mount Pleasant•4.8
- DDarlenevipVancouver / British Columbia •15 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis restaurant is located on the edge of Yaletown and easy to find. We walked from the Fairmont Waterfront (20 mins) and found it with ease. We were attending the Bruce Springsteen concert, which was on a Friday night, so it was good we had a reservation. I'm not too sure about the parking as we walked or would have taken an Uber. This place was bumpin (Friday night and a concert) and had a great atmosphere! We checked in and were called once our table was ready. We were seated by the friendly hostess, close to the pizza oven, which was very cool and watched them prepare and toss the pizza dough. Our server was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The menu has a variety of starters, mains and shareables. We started with a Ceasars salad (the dressing was fantastic) you could taste the freshness with a hint of anchovies. We ordered the 8oz filet with their amazing chimichurri and sided it with an order of their lobster/ crab ravioli (which was spectacular) and split everything. It was the perfect portion and not too heavy. We were happy with our restaurant choice and the food items we order. I would definitely love to come back and try more of their menu items and recommend this experience at Per Se Social Corner on Homer St, in Vancouver. - HPHoracioPH1365Los Angeles •7 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThis restaurant was recommended by a lot of people in Vancouver. The food was excellent, our server. Charlotte was extraordinary. The manager was very attentive and came to our table to make sure food. Allergies would not be an issue, and we really appreciate it that gesture. Yeah The only issue we had was with the hostess, who was not really friendly. That alone could’ve been a bad experience for us, but the rest of the staff made it so we forgot our encounter with her. Overall, (without the hostess interaction) our experience was great.More infoMiku Restaurant - VancouverPrice: Expensive• Japanese• Coal Harbour•4.8
- JJanetVancouver / British Columbia •16 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThe chicken fried mushrooms were not great - the dip was fantastic, but if you like dipping deep fried dough then this may be wonderful for you. The Babaganoush was fantastic but I think pita bread would be a better accompaniment than lavash - it was thin and hard. Best dish was the cauliflower. Our server was amazing!More infoHomer Street Cafe & BarPrice: Moderate• Comfort Food• Yaletown•4.7
- JJennyVancouver / British Columbia •1 review5.0Dined on Oct 20, 2024We loved our server (Cam I think?) he was so nice to us and we were a huge group too! Drinks are good (as always) and the Jell-O shots are deliciously dangerous!! Otherwise, food is of average (but expected at a bar). Music was really good that night too!More infoBREWHALLPrice: Moderate• Comfort Food• Mount Pleasant•4.7
