Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Elk Grove

Angel was a great host we enjoyed our experience food was good.

My wife and I ate here before the Heart concert. We were staying in the hotel and this was super convenient. First, the staff were great. We had come down to the bar in the restaurant well before dinner, just to have a glass of wine. We let the bartender know that we were coming back that evening for dinner and asked his thoughts on the menu. He recommended a starter, a salad, a fish dish, and one of the steaks. He was very helpful...and as it turned out, spot on. When we returned for dinner, we also asked the server's recommendation: the branzino or the lamb chops? She didn't hesitate, the branzino, which was also what the bartender had recommended, and it was spot on. The branzino came in two filets that were perfectly seasoned and the skin was crispy. We eat a lot of branzino and this was as good as any we have had. All the staff were great and the swordfish that I ate was also really well done. I also appreciated the extent of the small plates, which we also had a couple of as starters. Frankly I could have eaten off the starter menu. Oysters, watermelon salad, and the pesto gnocchi - were all great. Congrats!

Had a great birthday celebration with my family. Fun decor. Great menu selection. Very tasty dishes. Great drinks. Very attentive service. Nice covered outdoor seating with heat when needed. The one disappointment is that you have to pay for chips and salsa. Everywhere else I go the chips and salsa are free. ??? Still - a great place to eat.

Great customer service and food. I love the chicken fajitas that they serve there.

Great experience overall. Initial service was a little slow, but food was amazing and seating was as expected.
