Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Fair Oaks

Our waiter Steven was fabulous! We will so request him as our server again.

Had a 6 pm reservation. Was seated on time. Staff pleasant and professional. Service a little slow. It was Christmas Eve. Very busy. Salad very good. Had the rib eye with butter and garlic sauce. Au gratin potatoes. All very good. Wife had filet mignon. Baked potato and Brussel sprouts. She liked it a lot. All very good for $95 w/o tip. Wife is a baker so we didn’t have desert. I would come again. Server was very good once she got things going.

Great service on a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner. Food was delicious. Highly recommend!

We had quite the memorable dinner at Ella. To begin with, we ordered the fresh baked bread and butter. The bread was so very fresh, and the butter light and delicious. We also ordered the butter leaf salad with an incredible dressing. The lettuce and vegetables were so crisp and fresh, along with the incredible salad dressing...it was delightful. For an appetizer, we ordered the mushrooms with in-house made fresh ricotta cheese... another incredibly delicious symphony of flavors that melted in your mouth. Our main course was the Salmon, absolutely incredibly delicious! It was lightly grilled on the outside cooked medium.. The salmon literally melted in your mouth like a marsh mellow. By far, Ella is the very best fine dining restaurant in the Sacramento area.

Our server was excellent, and so was the food and ambience. I can’t wait to come back in the summer time.
