We went for the Christmas buffet. When we walked in, we were a bit disappointed at the amount of food available. But we quickly realized, they were actually cooking and bringing out limited quantities at a time so the food was always hot, fresh and never had a chance to be overly done by sitting out at the buffet too long. The filet was the best I've ever had. The salmon was spectacular. And I loved the sweet potato pie for dessert. Overall a fantastic meal!

The food was simply delicious, showcasing the high standards Mastro's is known for. The ambience was elegant and sophisticated, truly reflecting the affluent atmosphere of Houston. I highly recommend Mastro’s Steakhouse for anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience. It’s the perfect place to celebrate special occasions or simply enjoy a fantastic meal with loved ones. We had our Annual Family Christmas Dinner at LA Colonial after a show downtown. The food was amazing - great menu, great wine/cocktail menu and the service was very good. The restaurant is very beautiful- it was a busy evening and I'm hoping to go back at a less busy time to really enjoy the ambiance. Our family loved the experience!
