At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared. We are also proud to provide an excellent selection of the worlds best oysters flown in fresh for your enjoyment.     Mystic Fish rises to the occasion once again! We enjoyed a delicious and delightful meal with our out of town friends for Valentine’s Day. The menu provided wonderful options - we chose the Maine Lobster tails, Land and sea with lobster and filet, the sea bass and the grouper with the hogfish preparation. All dishes were cooked perfectly and served expertly by our friendly wait staff who also had a great sense of humor. Our out of town friends were duly impressed and I’m sure Mystic Fish will be on their agenda next visit.

    We were greeted quickly at our table by wait staff. We were given ample time to enjoy a cocktail and review menu. Food was delicious. I recommend the wedge salad-delicious. Petite filet great and cooked as ordered. Try the smashed red potatoes as a side. Love this restaurant.

    Sat on back patio with wonderful view of the golf course. Service was prompt and excellent. We had fish and chips and pork chop along with deviled eggs and cocktails. Definitely will be back.
