My wife and I enjoyed a Valentine's weekend dinner menu at Prime. Every bite of our food was spectacular. The Maryland lump crab cakes were maybe the best I've had. An 18-oz ribeye was prepared to a perfect medium rare plus in the restaurant's 1600 degree oven. Such a beautiful char! I wish I could do this at home, but I'm sure I'd burn down our home. The service was polite and discrete. At one point, I was taking my evening pills and dropped one. Very quickly, a server quietly volunteered to pick up the pill if I wanted.
