We are honored that Primo has been designated a Recommended Restaurant in the inaugural Florida 2022 MICHELIN Guide. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list. The menu focuses on the farm-to-table experience with seasonal highlights including produce, honey and eggs sourced from on-premises Primo Garden and Whisper Creek Farm in addition to Mick's Farm and Frog Song Organics in the local community. All seafood is also locally sourced from Florida waters, including clams from Cedar Key, white shrimp and squid from Cape Canaveral, and Snapper, grouper, and other seasonal catch from Ponce Inlet.     Just returned home from a fabulous dinner at Vincenzo Cucina Italiana. From the moment we entered the place it was wonderful. We were greeted warmly by the staff. The highlight of our dinner was our waiter, Frankie!!! He was terrific, personable and so knowledgeable! He made some excellent suggestions for our party of three. Apps, mains and dessert were outstanding! Thank you Frankie for starting our vacation off with a terrific meal! We will be back!!!

    Service was outstanding. Omar and Sebastian worked very hard to ensure we had everything we needed. Classic Italian restaurant but the flavors were especially good. The mussels appetizer had a great taste to them - we have never had such good mussels. The octopus was delicious and the yellow sauce made it spicy and delicious. The bolognese was served piping hot and was outstanding. The pizza was a thin crust and made just perfect. The temperature of everything was perfect - food was hot, salads and beer cold. Very friendly place. Our first time but we will be back. Omar and Sebastian made our experience 5 star.
