Behind an unmarked door adjacent to the wine room, guests are transported to District 1 (China Town) in Saigon via Blackhouse’s 28-seat restaurant-within-a-restaurant, LSXO. A spinoff of the Little Sister brand (Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach & Downtown Los Angeles), LSXO is love letter to the culture, heritage, and lineage of Vietnam (Vuong’s relatives hail from the region). Very good Japanese yakiniku aka bbq. The quality of meat and marinade are excellent. We had Tokyo style beef tongue and Kobe beef tongue; US prime short ribs, US prime Rosu and Kobe Short ribs. All meat are tender, soft and juicy. No doubt Kobe one stands out. Service are great, you are getting enough attention during your meal time but not overly. This is one of our favorite bbq place in LA area. We would definitely come here every time we visit LA.

Our family wasn’t available for Christmas dinner at home this year, so the two of us went off on an adventure & found Pacific Hideaway. Everything was great - the modern ambience, the pleasant service, & delicious food! We left happy & content! Hope to return again soon!👍👍👍👍
