Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Grapevine

The waiter, food, the total experience of the restaurant was great. Only complaint I have is the cleanliness. We were seated at a dirty table, booth seat was dirty as well as the floor around the table. Informed person seating and asked for another table to which my request was granted. Otherwise excellent experience. Very pleased will be returning.

It was a mixed bag, we had attention from everyone in the restaurant; the server checked on us, the Manager checked on us, even what appeared to be a chef checked on us, but when we needed a knife or a drink refill it was very slow. The knife took 5 minutes while food was waiting on the table and the drink was slow due to washing dishes, so we cancelled after 10 minutes. Food was fresh and hot, very mild flavor which was probably good for our older crowd, i tend to want more spice. Salsa had no heat, but was tasty.

Amazing place with great wine! Beautiful ambience, very intimate. The service is top notch!

Service and food were great as always. But they had overbooked their reservations and were way behind on time getting people seated.

It is a restaurant in a hotel… But it is probably the best restaurant in a chain hotel. The quality of the food, the quality of service, and the atmosphere make it far more pleasant than the typical hotel restaurant. Kudos to the grand Hyatt and the grand Matt and their management and staff. I live in Dallas and still go there to eat once in a while because of this.
