Villa di Geggiano has for more than five centuries, been renowned for hospitality and generosity as well as delicious food and sumptuous wines. Located at the heart of Tuscany, it has a history of exporting mouth-watering wines to England, having been possibly the very first to bring Chianti here in 1725. The menu features true Tuscan cuisine, with many of the ingredients being imported especially from the Villa and surrounding farms. Prepared with passion by a hand-picked crew, these maestros employ traditional techniques to recreate the essence of Siena. We decided to name our second venue ‘Ganymede’ after the largest Moon of Jupiter. We here at The LPC also value legacy and know that 139 Ebury Street, in its previous incarnation, was named The Ebury Wine Bar – an institution. Thus, as to give a nod to its heritage, we believe the name Ganymede is apt, as in Greek Mythology – Ganymede was a Trojan Aristocrat who was kidnapped by Zeus while the King of the Gods was in the form of an eagle and Ganymede was taken to the top of Mount Olympus to become ‘the Wine Pourer/Cupbearer to the Gods for all eternity’.

    We often go to Sticks’n’Sushi in White City and the manager, Carolina, always goes above and beyond. She was exceptional with our most recent visit. My partner and I have food intolerances that she always makes sure are taken care of. Carolina’s professionalism and friendly service always make us feel welcome and accommodated. She’s absolutely fantastic and makes a great lasting impression. We definitely recommend!

    Had an amazing experience at EFES! The service was impressively quick, and the food was absolutely delicious – Molly and Ayten were exceptional, their professionalism and friendly attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a great meal. Highly recommend EFES for anyone looking for quality food and top-notch service. Will definitely be back soon!

    A great find staying up in Notting Hill. Downstairs bar area is popular and crowded so upstairs dining was a pleasant, quiet atmosphere. Cuisine and attention made it a special experience. A little pricey but a memorable evening.
