We are honored that Primo has been designated a Recommended Restaurant in the inaugural Florida 2022 MICHELIN Guide. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list. Our starter of Harvest corn soup was delicious; the creamed soup was topped with corn relish and a few kernels of popcorn, which added a very different twist to the overall taste. We had scallops with pork belly and zaatar coated cobia, both of which were cooked to perfection. Dessert consisted of chocolate mousse, which was a “dry” version of mousse and a glass of house made limoncello, which unfortunately tasted more like lemon flavored water. We could have done without the mousse or the limoncello. The noise level was high in large part due to a family with children having dinner. The service was excellent! We would definitely return.

Our server Michelle gave a lot of suggestions on the food menu and they were all great. We had ossobuco and grouper: outstanding! The polenta that comes with the ossobuco has a lot of flavor and the meat very tender. Start with fritto misto and beef carpaccio!!!

I love this restaurant! It’s a great meeting place for friends that are in town to meet up with them if you’re coming from Seminole county and they’re coming from the tourist areas! We had the best waitress tonight!
