- JJaysonEast Texas •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoLast year we ate at The Crown (Reunion Tower) and it was so loud and service not good at all. This year we tried SER and it was perfect. Incredibly knowledgeable wait staff, nice and quiet and incredible views and food!!More infoSER Steak+SpiritsPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Design District•4.7
- KKarinaMinneapolis - St. Paul •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoMy husband and I left dinner last night and couldn’t stop talking about how great it was. First of all, the inside is decorated so wonderfully for Christmas… it’s just beautiful! The service was beyond what we’ve had at any other restaurant in the DFW area. Now let’s talk about the food! I don’t even know where to start. We ordered 7 different items and each one was amazing!! My husband said “I think this is the best dinner we’ve had since moving to Texas!”, and that was 6 years ago! 10 out of 10! We will be back!More infoShinsei RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Asian• Park Cities•4.8

- DDustinVIPDallas - Fort Worth •3 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 13, 2024My only reason for give four stars on the overall category is due to the confusion of booking/making a reservation for this restaurant. We was not aware this is actually TWO different restaurants with "Vino" being on one side, while "Carbone" is on the other side. When I made my reservation - I thought I was reserving for the "Carbone" side (not realizing this was a different restaurant, of course). We had already looked at the menu online and through OpenTable which is the menu for "Carbone". Once our server came out and handed us the menu, we was confused as we did not see anything mentioned online that she was telling us. When we asked her, that is when she explained the difference in the two different restaurants, which we was not aware of. She then informed us we have to get a "reservation" card at the front host stand to email and make a reservation for the "Carbone" side of the restaurant. Said all of that to say - 1) this should be better explained when making a reservation and 2) the restaurant should have both menus easily and most definitely understandable that there are two different menus due to there being two different restaurants right next to one another. The service and food was great - so this does not fall on them - this falls on the owners/management of this establishment.More infoCarbone VinoPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Design District•4.5
