Front desk ladies not that attentive. The Red Deer Chops were delicious and perfectly prepared. My wife had the Sweet Tea Brined Chicken Breast. She loved it although she expected it to be a boneless breast but it was not. She still enjoyed it. But those buscuits!!!! Simply AMAZING!! Desert offerings not optimal but what we had was very good (brownie and flourless chocolate cake). All in all the ambiance, service & food was what one would expect from a Bohannons inspired restaurant. Always excellent. The fact the owner/chef created Peggy’s to honor his mother added to the story. Will definitely be back.More infoPeggy's on the GreenPrice: Very Expensive• American• Boerne•4.5
- OOrissaSan Antonio •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis was our first time visiting The Creek and it more than lived up to my expectations. The restaurant is located on the creek that runs through Boerne, set back from the main road so you don’t feel like you are in the middle of downtown. The service was great, and the food was delicious. We went Valentine’s weekend, so they had made accommodations to seat smaller parties, but it still didn’t feel overly crowded. They had a live musician singing all the romantic songs, and he was very pleasant.More infoThe Creek RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Continental• Boerne•4.7
- JJasonSan Antonio •1 review4.0Dined 2 days agoThe hostess was great and took us immediately to our table. The ambiance was great. The server tried but still forgot about us at times. Initially thought it was due to lack of enough staff but as the evening declined she was not as quick responding as she could have been. The kitchen seemed to be in mass confusion and the servers were having to explain or take the complaints. Orders were slow, incorrect when leaving kitchen, and not well done. The brown sugar brined pork chop was dry and not tender at all. The “bison” country fried steak was somewhat tender, not great. The mashed potatoes were, eh, just okay. The wedge salad was just okay as well. Surprisingly out of the whole meal, the collard greens were the best on the plate. The price for the meal was expensive when quality of the product is considered. If I’m paying the resort level price the food should be top notch resort level chef cooked food.More infoLa Cascada Table and BarPrice: Expensive• American• Boerne•4

Service was outstanding. Went to the bar there to have an after dinner drink and listen to the live music. Absolutely wonderful!More infoBevy RestaurantPrice: Moderate• American• Boerne•4.6
