At La Française Bistrot, we bring Family back to the Family ski town, by being one of the only family-operated businesses in Summit County. From father, mother, daughter and son-in-law, we share the best of what our family loves and cherishes: good food, good wine and a good time. We do limit our seating times to 1h30mins for parties of 2, 1h45mins for 3-4 people and 2 hours for larger parties. If you expect your seating time to be longer, please make your reservation for later time slots so that everyone gets to enjoy our restaurant without being rushed! We have a 15-minute grace period & charge $10/person for no-shows or day of cancellations. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we no longer accept online reservations for parties of 8 or more.     We were pleasantly surprised by what turned out to be an amazing meal in Breckenridge. Surrounded by much of the ‘same’, these folks are truly doing something different. And doing it WELL! Chef was true pleasure to talk to throughout our meal. Overall - wonderful experience. We will be back!

    My family and I had breakfast at BoLD Restaurant and Bar and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every dish was well-balanced and satisfying, making for a great start to a day of skiing. The service was equally impressive—attentive, friendly, and efficient. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a relaxed meal. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious breakfast with top-notch service. We will definitely be returning on our next trip!
