Taki Omakase is Delray Beach’s premier Japanese Omakase restaurant. We offer a curated 18-course chef’s choice menu - including traditional Japanese nigiri and cutting-edge, innovative seafood & wagyu dishes. We have 3 nightly seatings Friday & Saturday at 5:00, 7:00, & 9:00 pm. Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday we offer 2 seatings at 6:00 & 8:00 pm. What a fabulous experience. We came here for my grandmothers 93rd birthday dinner. The hostesses accommodated an earlier time and larger party than originally planned. The food was divine and quick. The service was fantastic. Our waiter Jack was so kind and attentive. While leaving, another waiter happened to be walking by and helped our grandmother out of the booth and onto her walker. Cannot say enough! Thank yall.

We had the ravioli special and it was excellent. So was the Frutti Di Mere. Service was wonderful from the bartender to the hostess to the waitress! It was my step daughter and my first visit to Elizabetta’s and we will definitely return. Maybe again this week!!!

This sleeper seems to offer a pretty authentic Omakase experience, with their fish sourced from Tokyo four times a week. Several courses, each very small, are tasty and varied. The pacing is a bit manic, detracting somewhat from the overall experience as the evening goes on. But, overall, pretty terrific.
