Best Lunch Restaurants in Downtown St. Paul

The ambience is great, fun atmosphere. Food was delicious. Unfortunately our server was not attentive and quite rude to our group. Aside from that, our experience was great.

Delicious food and cocktails. Had the Roasted Brussels Sprouts and the Bison Steak Frites.The Brussels were very roasted and still moist and delicious. The Bison Steak was perfectly done and the accompanying fries tasty all alone or with the optional dill aioli. Only not was the food took a bit to arrive, but was well worth the wait.

Lexi was outstanding with our group! Our daughters enjoyed their food coming out early as requested! All of our food was delicious and we were even able to taste some of the wine before we purchased our bottle. Will go back.

We had a lovely Restaurant Week dinner at Noa on Friday night. We selected Noa because they had a more interesting Restaurant Week menu. Despite the very exuberant happy hour group at the bar, we had a great meal. Service was efficient and friendly and we really enjoyed our food choices.
