Best Lunch Restaurants in Fairview

This was my first time at The Lunch Lady. We made a reservation just over 2 weeks in advance and the only option on a Sunday evening was outdoor patio (so make sure to reserve well in advance for weekends!). The outdoor patio, they mention, is heated, and it truly was warm, covered and comfortable. We had the beef carpaccio which was good, garlic noodles, and this I would recommend, but my favorite dish was the steak luc lac (done medium rare with this burnt scallion butter that was divine). My friend had the beef noodle soup, and although the broth was great and the soup was a sizeable portion, you can get something similar in other Vietnamese restaurants. Finally, their customer service is fantastic. All in all, with the service, food and price, I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

I have been many times as well as ordered thru Uber eats often & this was the first time we had the group menu .. absolutely delish .. all the faves kept coming to the table .. highly recommend and book a group dinner here.. so great because you can try so much more .. we were 9 and all of the guests mentioned that they can’t wait to go back !

We love coming here and almost always have the lobster salad. The bread is also yummy. We shared the pumpkin soup, also delicious if not quite hot. The sparkling wine was fine, but it would be nice to have a choice, perhaps a good Prosecco. It is very French in menu and ambience, relaxing and fun even though it always seems so busy and noisy at lunch, especially at Christmas time. And we always feel well taken care of. Not sure how they do it, but here’s to coming back in 2025 for our special occasions.

We were celebrating birthday party of my friend. Staff made it very memorable with birthday card and complimentary desert to share and a candle. the experience was very enjoyable. my friend also enjoyed very flavorful non-alcoholic cocktail.

Great little gem, amazing food and our server Owen was fantastic.
