Abacá is an airy, atelier-style restaurant with a cool outdoor terrace, whipping up Filipino-Californian cuisine with flair in Fisherman's Wharf. A friend recommended Abaca and it did not disappoint. Our server was very attentive, knowedgable and had a great sense of humor. Pork Lumpia, Sisig Fried Rice, and PEI mussels were all great.

Wonderful place with delicious authentic food. The pesto pasta and mushroom medley were absolutely delicious. The wine selection was great as well. We made reservations for Christmas Eve and we’re very happy we chose this place.

The service by Asreal and staff was incredible- knowledgable, attentive, courteous, helpful, patient. Everything was brought to us timely. The food was incredible, and presented well. Portions were good. Of course it's expensive for us, but well worth it for the seat by the window overlooking the bay, the service and the food. Highly recommend for a special occasion. Recommend making a reservation and requesting a window seat.
