- KKarenSan Francisco Bay Area •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoJulia’s is a hidden gem. The building is beautiful and the restaurant is spacious and relatively quiet. You can hear the people at your table speak and this is a major plus, given most restaurants are loud and noisy. The waitress was excellent and the man who helped us pick the wine to go with our meal was above and beyond helpful. We will be back!! I highly recommend having a meal hereMore infoJulia's RestaurantPrice: Expensive• French• Berkeley•4.8
- LLeslieSan Francisco Bay Area •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAcre never disappoints. This was no exception. There was a delay in the kitchen and food was taking longer than usual to come out. We barely noticed because we were with old friends catching up. But the manager came out and apologized and brought us a free appetizer and comped another round of drinks, so we were all good!More infoACRE Kitchen and BarPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Oakland•4.6
- CCarrieSan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoChristmas prix fixe menu was just delicious and a good value. Service was efficient and attentive for a bustling night. The only downside- cold in the restaurant. Had to keep my coat on, many diners as well. Lobster Bisque is delicious, the Crab and Artichoke dip very tasty. Entrees were great- PrimeRib, Surf and Turf, tender and well seasoned Swordfish. We would go again and probably will next year.More infoSkates on the BayPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Berkeley•4.6
- GGarySan Francisco Bay Area •14 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoNice place for our group of six to sample several things. We had two paellas and and one order of tapas per person, and it was more than enough. An order of paella would have been more than enough for just two of us.More infoLa MarchaPrice: Expensive• Spanish• Berkeley•4.6
- KKristiSan Francisco Bay Area •11 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 17, 2024The service was fantastic! Unfortunately the place was very very noisy And we strained to hear each other talk. They tell me that new management is coming in and we very much hope they will put in carpets and acoustical tile so that we can enjoy this place much more.More infoLimewood Bar & RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Unspecified• Berkeley•4.3
