The Ghost Light Inn’s restaurant, Stella, is inspired by local ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans. The restaurant offers 100 seats with indoor and outdoor tables, and private dining spaces for events and gatherings. The outdoor patio displays sweeping views of the Delaware River. The main dining room offers a mix of freestanding tables and booths. During the winter months, reservations for outdoor tables are not available. However, you are more than welcome to make a note in your reservation that you would like to sit outside. The patio is heated.Parking in New Hope can be hard to come by. The parking lot located in front of Stella is owned and operated by the Bucks County Playhouse. Stella cannot validate parking. When valet is present the cost to park is $30. Located on the river side of the Buck County Playhouse, we cater to both theatergoers and those just in search of a great meal. Expect all-new seasonal menus showcasing the best of Mediterranean cuisine. The bar program is seasonally inspired with lots of fresh fruit and herb components that will complement the cuisine. This place is great. We didn’t see a show, but definitely will be next time. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and VERY quick. We were shocked at how quickly our meals came out and were very fresh.

Lindsay was excellent, attentive without being too much. Very pleasant. I got the eggs Benedict. The biscuit it was on was housemade and really egg. The poached eggs were perfect - not undercooked which is my experience often. Would definitely go back.

I went to this restaurant for my 2nd anniversary with my fiance. We actually got engaged right next to this restaurant and it was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous location with tons of outdoor seating. The food is immaculate. The boathouse scallops are to die for and my Fiance won’t stop talking about the filet mignon. Seasonal drinks were incredible and our waitress was so nice! The man who seated us was also so so so thoughtful and kind! Highly recommend this place for any occasion!
