Best Lunch Restaurants in Chalk Farm

A wonderful dining experience. Food was outstanding. Whilst in my opinion there was a lot of truffle, which is not to my taste, the restaurant offered to serve the sauce on the side and had made mash without truffle, so for those that don’t like this you are able to enjoy the whole menu. Perfect for couples as very romantic setting but happily go with a larger group as they can accommodate. Service was divine. A real treat as not cheap but ultimately value for money as every detail was looked at and perfected.

It was a lovely evening for my partner's birthday. Food was tasty and service kind and efficient. Nothing bad to say!!

This was a per-theatre dinner from the Menu Du Jour. There was good choice and the food was delicious. The welcome and service overall was excellent - friendly and professional. Nice wine too. Lovely place - will return to try the full a la carte menu and do recommend this to others. Very convenient for west end theatres.

I have been here over 10/15 times in the last 10 years, one of the best Asian restaurants in London. However this time there were some negative notes. First of all, the A/C in the dining room downstairs, it was quite cold (most people were covering up during dinner). Second, I would always order the fried chili squid, however this time we found them a bit chewy as they were cut larger than usual. All other dishes and service was excellent. Overall, a bit disappointed but still had nice evening

Very high quality food. We enjoyed the custard dessert the most but also the crab starter the mains such as the sea bass. Nice to have a reasonably priced bottle of house wine though the server didn’t give us what we ordered and we didn’t feel comfortable sending it back. Overall, a very nice meal and we appreciated it very much,
