Smith's of Wapping is located on the River Thames with fantastic views of Tower Bridge and The Shard.Smith's, famous for fish, was initially established in 1958 and today offers fine dining facilities.We are now open from 12pm until 230pm for lunch and 5.30pm until 11pm (last seating time is 9pm) on Monday to Thursday. Trinity reopened in October 2015 with the same ethos, culture and team whilst recreating a new and refreshing backdrop - retaining its sophistication and remaining a restaurant of significance in Clapham. An alfresco dining area accommodates 16 guests, the dining room seating 40 guests that now have a clear view into an open plan kitchen with banquette seating surrounded by the soft hues of jade green and dusty heather pink. Staying true to his style of cookery, the new menu will focus on Adam’s interpretation of great classics in a relaxed and approachable setting. The kitchen presents a four course a la carte menu for a set price of £70 for lunch and £120 for dinner. The wine list continues to offer great value with the Chef's Cellar List (just add VAT and corkage), increasing both our quantity and quality and a overall extension to the main wine list of up to 400 bins now on display in the feature wine cellar on the ground floor.

We’ve long loved Canary Wharf and it's rich history of the nearby Docklands and Billingsgate Market, yet Blacklock in a glass tower never quite fit. One look at an old disused warehouse nestled cosily in the corner of Canary Wharf underneath the train tracks of the North Dock and we knew we had found home. Hawksmoor Wood Wharf is housed in an eco-friendly floating pavilion in a new riverside neighbourhood in Canary Wharf. Gently rising and falling with the tide, the main restaurant at dock-level is joined by a 120-seat waterside bar. Both include terraces with views across the water (squint your eyes and you might just see the ghosts of great ships laden with mighty lengths of timber that used to swing in and unload there). There's also a private dining room for up to 20 people named after the local legend Queenie Watts, a singer, songwriter, actor and self-confessed bawdy landlady (think Peggy Mitchell meets Joni Mitchell).     Had a great evening with my group of 6 on Christmas Eve. The food as always was amazing, miso cod and scallops for me. Service is always outstanding, perfect balance between friendly and professional. Great atmosphere, buzzing but not too loud. I love eating here with my family.

    Another superb dinner at Hawksmoor Borough. This is a really nice venue and quite different to their other venues. Service was very attentive, food was of course superb! Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best steak in London.

    Everything about the experience was great, from our hostess to our waiter. Food was all outstanding, and for the quality of it, the value was insane! This was recommended by a friend and I would pay that forward for anyone else visiting London and looking to enjoy a beautiful meal in an inviting setting that feels comfortable and relaxed.

    I have wanted to eat here for a while and got the chance this week. It was everything I had hoped for and more... Seasonal menu with great choice and the cookery absolutely on point. What's lovely is that there are four courses with choices on each course which works for me better than a tasting menu where the diner doesn't have choice. Everything I had tasted and looked amazing. You can tell its based on classical French roots...the core ingredient is the star and is not 'messed about with'. The associated sauces, garnish, textures all compliment it. Great wine list and a very good range of wines by the glass which works well if you have four courses with the choices supported by knowledgeable but unpretentious sommeliers. Good food is one thing but its the service and ambience that makes a restaurant you want to return to. I definitely will be returning whenever I can. Fantastic food and wine in an elegant but unstuffy environment with knowledgeable, cheerful and perfectly attentive staff. Thank you!
