Yauatcha Soho, located in the heart of vibrant London, is an all-day dim sum teahouse offering a wide selection of modern authentic dim sum alongside European patisserie and an extensive range of teas, wine and cocktails. The design of the restaurant is a modern interpretation of the old Chinese teahouse. At the same time, the lighting and seating embodies the atmosphere of a vibrant ‘chatter shop’, similar to the traditional Hong Kong dim sum restaurants. The restaurant offers Cantonese dishes with a modern influence, with an extensive range of steamed, baked, grilled and fried dim sum such as Yauatcha’s signature dishes of Scallop shui mai and Venison puffs.

Critical acclaim has been heaped upon Galvin La Chapelle, a true destination restaurant and with good reason. This fabulous dining spot, just off of London’s famous Bishopsgate is the work of celebrated Chef-Restaurateur brothers, Chris and Jeff Galvin, and epitomises their approach to designing and running restaurants in every sense. Indeed, Galvin La Chapelle has all the wow-factor of Windows with the stylish refinement of Galvin Bistrot de Luxe while carving out its own very unique character at the same time. The interior is truly special, as is the food – cosmopolitan, continental and wholly elegant every step of the way, creative but familiar, special but unpretentious – no wonder Galvin La Chapelle was named Tatler’s Restaurant of the Year 2010 and AA Best London Restaurant 2010.

Staff are nice, food remains very good and has been very good for a very long time, which is commendable, the pricing inflation had been pronounced in the past few years and is the main con.

Beautiful romantic restaurant and stunning decor. Food delicious although slightly small portion sizes, and I felt that the pork (main course on the set lunch menu) should have come with at least some vegetables, without needing to order an extra side. However, the service was great, staff lovely, and overall a memorable experience for our anniversary. We will definitely go back for special occasions!

Had a great evening with my group of 6 on Christmas Eve. The food as always was amazing, miso cod and scallops for me. Service is always outstanding, perfect balance between friendly and professional. Great atmosphere, buzzing but not too loud. I love eating here with my family.
