We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca.     Our server was Daniel, he said Happy Anniversary to us when we first sat down, which showed great attention to detail. He then asked if we wanted our anniversary treat at the beginning or the end of the meal, we chose the end. The food was phenomenal, we ordered the chateaubriand with a few sides and it was delicious. We then got sticky toffee pudding, which Daniel told us was on the house for our anniversary. Everything about the evening was perfect and we were not rushed from the table and ended up staying for 2 1/2 hours. This place is a go to for our special occasions as we can always guarantee amazing service and amazing food.

    The welcome and staff helpfulness was 5 star. Food was excellent, apart from the pizza, which was not quite up to your normal standard, the base was underdone as if not cooked in a hot enough oven, but overall a great experience for my mothers 84th birthday, family get together
