Best Lunch Restaurants in Napa

A lovely restaurant in downtown Napa. The decor was tasteful and the menu had a great variety of Mediterranean dishes. We had the Greek dip trio, plus olive tapenade and pita are brought to every table. We both had the lamb and beef gyro which was served on lavash and was really tasty. Tables around us loved the saganaki. There was a large party in the adjoining dining room that kept the place lively but it was never intrusive. Service-fantastic. We will seek Tarla out in our next trip to Napa!

Love Compline! The people there are fantastic and really know what they are doing. They also take great care of their locals! Fantastic European wine list too.

Samantha was outstanding! Short ribs with polenta- dynamite. The kitchen accommodated changes in two orders that made the experience that much better.

When we checked in with hostess she said, Whose birthday is it? Once seated the staff brought to the table a lovely handwritten birthday card. Though we chose not to order dessert they brought an irresistible vanilla ice cream with lit candle to complete my celebration. Service was impeccable. The waiter was able to say “yes” to each request. The halibut upon a bed of lentil and carrot was divine. They offered a “house wine” that was red, a Cabernet Sauvignon. It was excellent. This restaurant has their act together. No wonder almost every seat was filled.

Food and service was outstanding. Nice bar. It was a rainy day and the restaurant was warm and comfortable. BBQ is some of the best in town. Plenty of healthy options also. Delicious smoked chicken wings.
