- NNicolaOxford/Oxfordshire •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoBeautiful character pub in an easy to find, quaint village on the outskirts of Oxford with huge vaulted ceiling and a cosy bar with a fire- perfect for the snowy winter's evening we spent there. Service was exceptional- attentive, friendly staff without being intrusive who couldn't do enough for you. Food was delicious though a tad pricey. But then I guess the old addage of you get what you pay for is true here:)!More infoThe White Hart at FyfieldPrice: Expensive• British• Fyfield•4.7
- CCarolOxford/Oxfordshire •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 14, 2024Enjoyed a very pleasant afternoon at The Holt, afternoon tea was lovely, nice atmosphere and decorated with Christmas tress and a lovely fire. Nice to have warm scones as some places do not do this, and nice sandwiches and cakes. We needed to do a last minute change with the sandwich's from their menu, and the were very obliging to do so.More infoAfternoon Tea @ Holt HotelPrice: Moderate• Afternoon Tea• Bicester•4.6

- KKatrinelOxford/Oxfordshire •1 review5.0Dined on Oct 27, 2024We’ve been dining for 3 nights at the Holt hotel and every time it was delicious and the service 10 out 10, a bit expensive but everything is I guess these days. Highly recommend the restaurant and the hotel! 🥰More infoDinner @ The Holt HotelPrice: Expensive• British• Bicester•4.1
- AAnonBedfordshire •25 reviews5.0Dined on Jun 21, 2024The food was amazing; we all had different dishes (mains and desserts) and were very impressed with the taste, quality of ingredients and the presentation. We got complimentary bread and butter at the start, which was a nice touch. The venue has character and is a charming old building. Our server was brilliant, especially considering her very young age - she was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the menu. The village of Buckland is beautiful - we went for a walk after lunch. I would highly recommend making a visit here.More infoThe Lamb at Buckland
