- WWilliamVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •81 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAlways on point. Quickly seated and greeted. Great menu. Excellent wine list, and clever cocktails. Good service, engaging and helpful. The tartare is absolutely fantastic. Wonderful salmon, clever preparation and composition, and perfectly delicious. Chicken sandwich is huge and very tasty, the flavors weaving together. Enjoy.More infoWayfare TavernPrice: Moderate• American• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.6
- AAndyVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAbout as authentic as you can get outside of Spain. The cheeses, jamon, salchichon and chorizo were excellent. Huevos rotos were not authentic but really good. A couple of dishes were over elaborate, the albondigas didn't need the richness of the duck meat and the croquetas were a bit too creamy. Pulpo was beautifully cooked but hadn't been tenderized fully. Overall A+ thoughMore infoCOQUETA - San FranciscoPrice: Very Expensive• Spanish• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.7

- MMoriahPortland / Oregon •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoHighly recommend. My husband and I spend part of every summer visiting Greece, in the Aegean. Our recent meal at Kokkari transported us back there for the evening. We had the roasted beets with skordalia, a seasonal citrus salad, the taramasalata, and the grilled fish with horta. Everything was fresh, delicious, seasonal, and exquisitely well executed. But I think what really distinguishes this meal, and so often Greek cuisine, is its simplicity. In this case, we couldn't stop raving about the beets and skordalia! Also, their wine list includes a number of greek wines that are difficult to find, especially on the West Coast. Lastly, their exceptional service made this experience truly memorable. Everyone made us feel so welcome, and happy to be there. They really captured the essence of Greek hospitality. Thank you for the xenia!More infoKokkari EstiatorioPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.9
- OTOpenTable DinerSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 21, 2024We ordered all the apps for a group of 8. Service was great from the bar to the tables. Very friendly bartender and waitstaff! Love the convenient parking coming from the East Bay. This is a great meeting spot. Loved the hummus, Brussels and the halloumi. Not a duck fan but the radio it came on was great. Wish Tadig was offered with the kabab. Loved the ice cream with saffron.More infoBarchaPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.7
