Best Lunch Restaurants in Carrara

After looking for a decent roof top bar, the angel bar popped up in the search. The reviews were excellent so we decided to give it a go. This was our last night in Florence, we decided to go have a couple of drinks prior to dinner. The place didn’t disappoint, the views across palazzo vecchio and Florence are incredible. The ambience of this place is very relaxing, so much so we ended up just sipping cocktails and ordering apertivos. Highly recommend. Thanks Emma for making it enjoyable.

Bar & wine selection as well as recommendations outstanding! Food excellent. Crown Royal would expand a nice selection. One complaint I was embarrassed at check out my AMEX was refused! A year ago at my last visit to Florence no issues but had to have a customer pay unacceptable! That will prevent future return without change. Otherwise very satisfied customer! Ken B.

We dined twice at Lo Scudo on our most recent trip to Florence. Once for lunch, and again for dinner later in the week. The food and service were both outstanding, and we'd definitely recommend for anyone looking to eat in the Centro Storico area of Florence.

We ended up eating at Il Bargello twice while we were in Florence—once for a reserved dinner and once for lunch a couple of days later because we had enjoyed our dinner and especially the delightful waiter. The food was good and nicely presented, the service elegant and excellent, and the ambience lively and entertaining…highly recommend Il Bargello!
