Best Lunch Restaurants in Slingerlands

Always a pleasure coming here. Kris is still my favorite waiter. He’s the BEST. Food was delicious!

The food and service at Athos is wonderful. The only complaint I have is when you have a large party like ours the food does not all come out at the same time. Perhaps we overwhelmed the kitchen as there were other large parties there. Otherwise it is a highly recommended restaurant.

We had a great experience at Sunday brunch at Mr. D's. The service was excellent. Our drinks and food were amazing.

The ambiance and food are always great here - not the issue. The service is book or busy, and this visit was more of a bust. The server was likely on the newer side, but was clearer not trained in the art of customer service. Lack of communication, not checking in to see if we needed anything (had to flag him down to get more drinks, nothing after our dinner was delivered), and no birthday acknowledgment even though my reservation called it out and I told him before the birthday girl arrived. Will be back, but hopefully a friendlier server.
