- DDavidNew Orleans / Louisiana •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWonderful food and experience. We arrived early before the normal lunch rush. Service was excellent. Or course we had the bread puddling, which you order when you first meet your wait staff. It takes time to make.More infoRed Fish GrillPrice: Moderate• Seafood• French Quarter•4.5
- SSabrinaMississippi •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe (7 of us) ate at Luke on Christmas Day. We were seated near the door which wasn’t ideal but wasn’t bad. The streetcar periodically going by made the noise level high because of our proximity to the door. The service was excellent in spite of it being a holiday and the restaurant being packed. The menu had nice variety. The two best items we had were the Crispy Brussel Sprouts and the Matzo Ball Soup. The worst thing we had was the Hanger Steak. It was ordered “medium” and came out bleeding. It was also rubbery. We returned it and that person ordered something else. They were completely okay with this and removed it from the bill. The Trout Almandine was good with the fish being extremely fresh. We recommend Luke and will return.More infoLukePrice: Moderate• French• Central Business District•4.6

- BBethNew Orleans / Louisiana •8 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoHad a 7 pm reservation on Christmas Eve. Arrived early & went to the bar. Bartender was great & so were our French 75 & Old Fashion. We were seated by 7:30 which was fine since we could see they were packed & we were enjoying talking to the bartender. Gumbo was very good & so were the Lamb & Lentils and the Salmon. I could have done with more than 1/2 of 1 fingerling potato, but let’s face it, I really didn’t need it. Dessert was Bread pudding and Crème Brûlée. Both very nice. Overall a great, relaxing experience. Service was exceptional. We’ll return for their brunch for sure.More infoApollinePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Uptown•4.7
